Term 2 Kids Classes

Our kids classes for term 2 will commence in week 2 once everyone has settled into school.
The length of the programs will run for 9-weeks until the final week of term.

Tuesday: Beginners

3:45-4:30pm

Give your child the confidence to step into the gym environment with our ‘Beginners Training’ class. Designed for younger aged kids (7-12 years old), this class includes movement-based games, jumping, ball skills, and bodyweight movements. With a focus on building confidence and having fun, your child will love coming to class and learning new skills!

Thursday: Advanced

4:00-4:45pm

Take your child’s athletic ability to the next level with our ‘Advanced Training’ class. This class is designed for older or more mature youth (10-14 years old), or those with some training experience already. Your child will be introduced to training with weights, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight training in a structured exercise class like you might get at a high school sports facility. Give your child the competitive edge they need to excel in their sport

Friday: Olympic Weightlifting (Intro)

4:30-5:15pm

Is your child interested in weightlifting? Our ‘Youth Olympic Weightlifting’ class is perfect for them. Working through progressions to teach the Olympic weightlifting movements, snatch and clean & jerk, your child will start with the basics and receive a big emphasis on technique. With accessory strength training movements to assist with all the lifts and sports development, your child will leave the class feeling confident and strong!
