Active For Life

Looking for a fitness class that’s tailored to older adults? Look no further than our Active for Life evening classes run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) at Mobius Health and Performance!

Our Monday class is cardio based and focuses on improve cardiovascular fitness. This class is perfect for those wanting to improve their fitness to while under the guidance of our AEP’s.

Our Tuesday class is circuit-based and incorporates muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. This class is perfect for those who want to work up a sweat and challenge themselves with a variety of exercises using equipment AEPs will guide you through a series of stations and exercises, ensuring that you get a full-body workout that’s both fun and effective.

Our Thursday class is strength-based and designed to help you build muscle and increase overall strength. In this class, you’ll use equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, and body weight to perform exercises that target different muscle groups. Our AEPs will guide you through correct technique, ensuring that you get the most out of each exercise and avoid injury. This class is perfect for those who want to improve their overall strength and feel more confident in their day-to-day activities.

All of our classes are specifically designed for older adults between the ages of 45 and 65. We understand that as we age, our bodies change and our fitness needs may be different. That’s why our classes are tailored to the unique needs and abilities of older adults, while still providing a challenging and rewarding workout.

Classes are run at 6:00 – 7:00pm on Monday Tuesday and Thursday.
