Members will arrive around the time of their session booking, they will perform their own warm-ups and get ready for the movements in the upcoming session (don’t worry, we will show you what to do!). When they are ready, they will move onto the gym floor and begin the session.
Our booking system is very laidback. Start times are every half hour to provide a nice flow on the gym floor. If you have booked for 4:30PM and are ready to go at 4:30, great! Begin. If you’re slightly early or late, that’s okay too. Once you’re warmed up and ready to go you can start on the floor. The coaches will be ready and waiting to help!
We follow a communal training program via the ‘Train Heroic’ app to log our sessions (there are now 2 programs to choose from! See below for further details). Members book in throughout the week and have up to 5 sessions to complete between Monday & Friday, and we then have 2 group classes on Saturday in which we throw down together!
Weekday sessions will involve main weightlifting and cardio pieces which will go for approximately 50-60 minutes. For those who want to do extras, we provide this in the daily sessions too!
