Meet The Team

From a young age, I was always active and passionate about various sports. I knew early on that I wanted to pursue a career involving physical activity. After completing my degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning, I realised I could share my knowledge to help others improve their quality of life through strength and fitness. My journey has always been about connecting with people, and I’ve now created a space where everyone can feel safe and welcome to do the same.

Every day, I have the privilege of sharing my passion for health, fitness, and sports with an incredible community. Whether I’m working with individuals as an Exercise Physiologist, or lifting weights with my friends during the group classes, I get to be a part of the best moments of their day. It’s truly rewarding to see the positive impact on everyone’s lives

  • My journey into the exercise physiology industry began with a fascination with the human body and its incredible capabilities. From a young age, I was captivated by how movement, exercise, and physical activity could profoundly affect health and well-being. This curiosity led me to pursue a career in exercise physiology, where I could merge my love for science with my desire to help people. I was particularly drawn to this field because it offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, helping them overcome physical challenges and achieve their personal health goals. The ability to work with such diverse populations—from the elderly to children, athletes, and individuals living with disabilities—means that every day is incredibly rewarding.

I love what I do because it is incredibly rewarding and meaningful. Working with geriatric patients, I see firsthand how exercise can improve their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. It’s heartwarming to see them regain confidence and improve their daily functioning. With pediatric patients, I have the unique opportunity to instill a love for physical activity early on, helping them develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime. The joy and enthusiasm they bring to their sessions are contagious and incredibly inspiring. Training athletes is another passion of mine, as it involves guiding them towards peak performance and helping them achieve their dreams. The dedication and drive I see in these individuals push me to continually innovate and strive for excellence in my practice.
Working with individuals living with disabilities is particularly special to me. It allows me to adapt and prescribe exercise programs to meet their unique needs, promoting physical activity and improving their quality of life. Seeing their resilience and determination is a constant source of inspiration, reminding me of the profound impact that exercise can have on anyone’s life, regardless of their physical abilities.

    • Exercise Physiology for Individuals with Disabilities: I develop customised exercise programs tailored to the specific needs and abilities of individuals living with disabilities. My aim is to promote physical activity, enhance functional abilities, and improve overall quality of life. I am committed to creating inclusive and adaptive exercise environments where everyone can thrive, regardless of their physical limitations. Working with this population is incredibly fulfilling, as I get to witness their determination and celebrate all their achievements.

    • Geriatric Exercise Physiology: I specialise in designing and implementing tailored exercise programs for older adults, focusing on improving balance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. My goal is to enhance their quality of life, promote independence, and reduce the risk of falls and chronic diseases. Working with geriatric patients is profoundly rewarding, as I get to see the direct impact of my work on their daily lives and overall well-being.

    • Pediatric Exercise Physiology: I create engaging and age-appropriate fitness programs for children, aiming to make physical activity fun and accessible. This includes promoting healthy growth and development, addressing developmental milestones, and preventing childhood obesity and related health issues. I am passionate about fostering a positive attitude towards exercise in children, helping them build a foundation for a healthy future.

    • Sports Performance Training: I work with athletes of all ages and levels to improve their performance through sport-specific conditioning programs, strength and endurance training, and advanced techniques to optimize performance and prevent injuries. I am dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential, whether they are aspiring young athletes or seasoned professionals. My approach is holistic, focusing not just on physical conditioning but also on mental resilience and overall well-being.

I got into the industry because I really enjoyed strength and conditioning and the very many different pathways and specialisations that there were in the health industry.

I love working with people from all walks of life and tailoring how increasing physical performance is going to have an impact on their lives.

  • Playing sport growing up I was always intrigued by the nature of injuries. So it only made sense I get into an industry that I am genuinely interested in, involving the management and treatment of a range of injuries and conditions. The industry helps me better understand the capabilities of the human body, and gives men an opportunity to improve the wellbeing of others.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and educating people on the importance in managing their injuries/conditions, as well as seeing an improvement in the quality of life in each of my clients.
